These companies use our own data to target us, further increasing their profit margins**.** Content creators on these platforms gain little to no revenue while simultaneously doing all the work. Posting of viral, attention grabbing or even false content is encouraged in order to feed the algorithm. #### Unfair value capture These platforms amass billions of dollars in wealth creation but pass virtually nothing onto their users. #### Censorship They decide what content is acceptable and what’s not. \ They also decide what content goes to what audience. #### Permissioned They also serve as a defacto gatekeeper, arbitrarily preventing anybody from being part of the network. #### Example: Meta made $118B USD in revenue and 40B in profit in 2021. They don’t produce content, their users do. As of January 2022, They have 2.9B monthly active users (MAU). Companies pay top dollar to Meta to reach “their” audience. Meta’s products are free. They monetize users’ data. They don’t pay their contributors. That business model is upside down. The people producing content and contribute are being exploited (or even censored) by middleman who manage the platform. ## New technologies can solve this problem Web3 natively incorporates tech that enabled decentralized and autonomous organizations to emerge. This is ultimately about giving control back to creators, where it belongs, and finding new ways to reward them. Full commitment. \ At INTΞGRITY, we’re committed to you. {% endhint %} ## A contribute-to-earn model The INTΞGRITY Network is based on a peer-to-contract protocol, meaning partners who want to sponsor a topic pay a fee. A smart contract then redistributes money to creators and supporters via crypto wallets. This happens automatically and is recorded on the [Binance BNB Chain](https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/an-introduction-to-binance-smart-chain-bsc). All content is stored on a decentralized peer-to-peer network. Visitors and contributors act as nodes, hosting portions of the content without ever needing to install anything on their device. Many web3 projects (even countries with the [e-Estonia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-Estonia) movement) have demonstrated that running digital societies online using the blockchain is possible. The INTΞGRITY network will be controlled by a DAO that will handle governance, make decisions and hold treasury and mining reserves. Examples include food, finance, art, travel, crypto, tech and sports. ### Partner A partner is a brand, company or individual who pays a fee to to sponsor a community, thereby reaching a niche audience. *** # Reward System {% hint style="info" %} Contributors receive BUSD stablecoins and INTΞGRITY tokens. {% endhint %} ## **BUSD** stablecoins * Binance USD (BUSD) is a 1:1 U.S. dollar-backed stablecoin issued by [Binance](https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/what-is-busd) (in partnership with Paxos) * BUSD is one of the few stablecoins that are compliant with the strict regulatory standards of the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS). * In addition, there are currently more than 36 exchanges and 20+ wallets supporting BUSD, making it a reliable option for stablecoins. * BUSD is **cross-chain**: currently existing on three blockchains: Ethereum (ERC20), BSC (BEP20) and Binance Chain (BEP2).
**BUSB** earned on the INTΞGRITY network can be converted to U.S. dollars after a customary two-week locking period. ## INTΞGRITY tokens INTΞGRITY tokens are built on the [BNB Chain](https://www.binance.com/en/support/announcement/854415cf3d214371a7b60cf01ead0918). #### **Utility** INTΞGRITY tokens provide voting rights in the decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). Decisions may include grant attributions, changes in the rewarding system formulas, donations to 401c3’s and more. They also provide status, allowing the holders to unlock special features. #### **Value** Based on a bonding curve during the minting period, INTΞGRITY tokens appreciate in value with time. After their listing on centralized and decentralized exchanges (DEX/CEX), holders will be able to convert them into fiat money or exchange them for other crypto. > See section ‘Token Distribution & Minting’. # Capital Flow ![](/files/DPBWNzYKQI7wx0dQFdic) #### To sponsor a community, a partner pays a fee. 50% of this fee is kept in BUSD and the equivalent of 50% is minted to create INTΞGRITY tokens. {% hint style="info" %} This 50% in BUSD + 50% in INTΞGRITY tokens consitute the **redistribution pool.** For more on this, refer to the **Formulas** section below. {% endhint %} #### What do contributors do with their earnings? BUSDs can be exchanged for fiat money and other cryptocurrencies. During **Phase 1**, INTΞGRITY tokens can’t be exchanged. They will appreciate in value however, and have utility powers. During **Phase 2** (once listed on DEX/CEX) contributors can exchange their INTΞGRITY tokens and BUSDs for fiat money and other cryptos. They can also keep INTΞGRITY tokens to increase status and unlock additional utility powers. {% hint style="info" %} INTΞGRITY tokens follow a bonding curve, meaning that they increase in value with time. \> See the **Token Distribution** section for more details. {% endhint %} To create a sustainable ecosystem, earnings are locked for a period of two weeks after having been redistributed. The protocol stakes earnings during this period, and the yields go into the DAO treasury fund. ## Formulas Calculations are performed once per day at 11:59 pm PCT. * The **partner's fee** is the total amount paid by the partner. * A **creator** is someone who creates an original post. * A **supporter** is someone who likes, comments or shares. BUSDs have immediate value, and can be converted into fiat money or exchanged for other crypto. Until INTΞGRITY tokens are listed on DEX/CEX, their value is virtual. To ensure our early contributors are adequately rewarded, a bonding curve has been included in the minting process. ### What is Minting? Minting is the process of creating a new token and registering it on the blockchain. In our protocol, new tokens are minted each time a partner starts a new community sponsorship. ### What is a bonding curve? A **bonding curve** is an equation that defines the relationship between price and token supply. Simply put, the price of a newly-minted token is larger than the previous one. In this manner, each time new tokens are minted, previous token holders become wealthier. We are using a linear bonding curve: ```jsx P = (1/800,000,000).
